MEET THE OWNER
With over 15 years experience in public works construction labor compliance, a Bachelors Degree in Administration of Justice from the University of Southern California and a Masters Degree in Legal Studies from eCornell Law School, I am no stranger to hard work and dedication. I am also a Certified Labor Compliance Professional, Certified Contract Compliance Administrator and OSHA 30 Certified.
Working on Federal and State projects, including several funded by both entities, all unions, Caltrans and Department of Transportation, Military Bases, LACCD and other school districts, combined with extensive knowledge of Project Labor Agreements and Master Labor Agreements has morphed my experience to assist you in all areas of public works compliance with confidence and ease.
Over time, I have developed excellent relationships with the major unions and bargaining units such as the Associated General Contractors of California (AGC) and Southern California Contractors Association (SCCA) as well as an active member of the American Contract Compliance Association (ACCA) allow me to stay current with the constant changing laws and requirements of the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR), Department of Labor (DOL), and Unions.
